On Patrol TV Show: Live Coming to Kanawha County on July 22

July 14 – CHARLESTON – A television show that gives viewers a live look at members of law enforcement serving their communities is coming to West Virginia this month.

The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday that it is participating in the new television series On Patrol: Live, which airs Friday, July 22 at 9 p.m. on REELZ, an independent television network.

The series is hosted and produced by Dan Abrams, with the retired Tulsa Police Department Sgt. Sean “Sticks” Larkin and Deputy Sheriff Curtis Wilson. Together, they provide live, minute-by-minute analysis as the show documents in real time for viewers the daily work of police officers on patrol in various departments across America.

On Patrol: Streams live Friday and Saturday nights from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. ET/PT on REELZ.

The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is made up of 105 law enforcement officers, who patrol 911 square miles of West Virginia’s most populous county. The sheriff’s office has specialized units consisting of a bomb disposal team, a SWAT team, a K-9 unit, a detective office, a digital forensics section, a crime scene forensics, a scuba diving team, an accident reconstruction team and an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV – drone) team.
